3. Digital Products

Crochet patterns sold through Little Sleepy Raccoon are digital products supplied as PDF files unless otherwise stated.
Purchasing a digital crochet pattern does not include a finished physical toy, yarn, crochet supplies or printed instructions.
Digital files are provided electronically after successful payment according to the delivery method described during checkout and on the website.

4. Digital Content and Right of Withdrawal

Purchasing a crochet pattern grants you a licence to use the pattern for your own crochet projects.
You may sell finished handmade items created using Little Sleepy Raccoon patterns.
However, the pattern itself – including its text, instructions, photographs, graphics and other content – may not be copied, reproduced, shared, distributed, published, translated for distribution or resale, or resold in whole or in part without permission.

6. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency shown in the online store.
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate billing, contact and payment information when placing an order.

7. Physical Products

Where physical handmade products are offered, information regarding size, materials, availability and other relevant characteristics will be provided on the individual product page.
Because handmade products are made individually, small variations may occur.
